Strengthen your core stabilising muscles, improve your posture and activate weaker muscle groups in these small group classes. Perfect for beginners or those recovering from or managing injuries. Focus is on your current level of fitness, correct technique and using the correct activation of muscles in the postures during exercises.


Classes run for 60 minutes and sessions can be claimable through your private health insurance. Spots are limited to 6 people per class only, so don't miss out on this great way to improve your musculoskeletal health. Classes are perfect for beginners or those recovering from or managing an injury.
